Can Okudzeto Ablakwa truly tell us the real GCE O level grades of Jeremiah John Rawlings who is his TROKOSI AYIGBE tribesman? He was a Pilot of an aircraft. Good, my 19 year old son in the USA Army is also a Military Pilot. Besides the Military Academy which he entered with a very weak GCO O Level results, what again was he able to achieve. He got stuck at the rank of Flight Lieutenant because he couldn’t pass any military exams to move forward. Even with the rank of Flight Lieutenant, it was Boakye Djan who pushed him through. Boakye Djan saved him from a possible Military execution but ungrateful as he was, he put Boakye Djan’s brother at a Military Tribunal and had him executed at the Teshie Shootings Range. That was the kind of Ingrate that the TROKOSI AYIGBE maniac was. It is good that he was killed by a Covid virus. May his soul rest in the hottest part of Hell for eternity.

For me this is just a simple matter. If the pastors and church leaders who are fronting for the cathedral can sacrifice all their wealth to building "the house of God", they won't need to talk too much to convince anyone to support their efforts. But if these pastors will rather loan their wealth (which they tell us is vanity on earth) to the building of Gods house and expect to be paid back (probably with interest), then this whole cathedral thing is a scam. Besides, if you want to appreciate someone for a favour/deed done you, you use your own resources and effort to do that. You don't plead/deceive/blackmail people to render that personal pledge/promise that you want to fulfill.
God is really patient, things are happening in God's name.

St. Paul’s took 35 years, Norte Dame Cathedral took 100 years, Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia took 100 years, York’s Mister Cathedral took 100 years to complete. It is true the need of deep Spiritual Fervour to inspire such projects. But Building Cathedrals Require dedicated Funding , political and Spiritual Support plus very skilled Labour Force. And must reflect on the Character and Economy of the people. Building a Cathedral by Stealth is Not Easy and never going to work. It should not a some Fantasy game.

What about proper housing for the homeless in the country.And fixing up the weir up North ,that washed hundreds of homes away ...with flooding that could come again next year......you could raise the level of the reservoir, to retain more water? TRY FIXING THE QUALITY OF THE RIVERS AND STREAMS ,SO THE WATER BOARD CAN COPE WITH THE FILTRATION PROCESS.....AS OF NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO FILTER MUD.
I am not against,having a Cathedral being built...at some stage,but the timing isn't right now.Building
a Catheral ,when you have an affluent society is fine......Ghana is far far from an Affluent Society....To even think about it.I doubt $250 MILLION USD Would finish the job ,with inflation so high and the GHC ,OUT OF CONTROL ....COULD REACH 14 PLUS TO THE. USD.
What makes sense to me is.....produce another set of drawings ....reducing the size of the complex to a level that's affordable .....as it stands now ,it's just not affordable....Be realistic!!!!!!
