When Akufo-Ado became flagbearer he was only 64 yrs but the NDC attacked his age, his height, his appearance, his profession, and everything you can think off. They had a younger candidate then. But Akufo-Ado had a succession plan by chosing a younger and competent running mate. After 16 yrs, Bawumia is still relatively young. Assuming NDC loses 2024 what will be their plan? Both John Dramani and his running mate would have to put aside. And who is going to takeover. It's a sad reality but for NDC to decide

Infortunately, Old Lady Jane's age is JMs karma choice on steroids. 70+ NADA was described by JM as sick and senile and about to die. We were told that we should never consider a leader who is 70+ and frail. So on this matter, respectfully no exception for a woman can be granted in fairness to the facts, since we have now accepted that sickness, senility and death comes naturally to the aged, man or woman. We must apologise for our past mispeading comments and henceforth always remember to speak wisely so that karma spares us as we age, and qualify too to suffer for our own loose comments. At 72 old Jane falls squarely in the NADA age category, in 2012 and we will soon welcome JM himself too gleefully.
