  What are some of the signs? One can report to hospital immediately after detecting the sign but the process he/she would go through at the hospital before reaching doctors would be more than 5 hours. Would it still not be difficult. The value is the same. Have all hospitals and clinics in villages the capacity to prevent it if reported earlier?
