  @ECG, in as much as i sympathy with you and understand that you need resources to run your business by people honouring their bills, i will say exercise alot of patience and tactics with the health institutions, there vulnerable people at treatment there and they shouldn't pay with their life's the inefficiencies of those chief executives in charge of those organisations. I suggest prosecution for the CEO of those organisations or the minister in charge of health.

  Hmm very sad situation. It is difficult to understand how our institutions are run. Governance in general is an issue in our country.
