  Telecel Group does not own any major Mobile Network Operator anywhere in the world let alone Africa. It is a small data operator, that's its business. Can some one ask Telecel Group about the value diminishing sweet deal with Vodafone Uk. It is downhill from here for Ghana Telecom. Hon. Minister you are a telecoms lady, you should not have accepted Telecel. This Group used to be owned by the late Miko Ruwatire. The Group is not of substance to enter the Ghana market with majority stake in Ghana Telecom. It is already a disastrous investment partner. Please ask them to give a full list of their MNO oprations.
