The undeniable fact is that the country under your watch is bankrupt, we owe the IPPs about $1.5 million and we don't also have money purchase fuel to power some of our generating plants. You and your party mismanagement, reckless spending and super incompetent have led us into this avoidable 'dumsor' amidst unbearable hardship.
