  Take for instance, sacking people to balance the books.

  Who is sacked and who sacks who? There would always be favoritism and there in lies corruption.
  
  Those sacked always struggle and it tells those in office to take as much as they can before they are also sacked.
  
  The poor JSS/SSS was an IMF policy. Most of the caliber of students from that system, struggled to gain quality education or qualifications.
  
  They learnt to pay bribes to get anything they wanted and so also learnt how to take the bribes.
  
  I can go on and on.
  
  Have you ever spoken to any Ghanaian employee to know how their policies affect them and drive them to the extremes.

  Look our Parliament spends more time passing protective bills for these loans and foreign companies than discuss the everyday issues of their constituents as they should. How do you expect the people to get help to solve their problems?
