  Good question. She has been the most unqualified and non-performing minister in the history of this country. Under her, a vital institution such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, became virtually nonexistent. If we want to help our women, we should not just for preferential reasons give them jobs which not only exposes their incompetence but in the process, this also undermines the integrity and development process of the country. Is it any wonder that our once great country Ghana, is now being humiliated and threatened by mere diplomatic personnel of other countries - without a whimper of response from our Minister?
