  The alternative sources of funding lies at the doorstep of Jubilee House. Reduce the size of government, abolish deputy Ministers, reduce Jubilee workforce, tackle corruption, vigorous retrieval of stolen funds in the Audit's report, control expenditures, avoiding dubious procurement practices (sole sourcing etc), abolish useless council of state, merge some Ministries etc. In future reduce and merge constituents to 50 so MP representation will be 50. The 275 MP do not work well wasting tax payers money. These are excellent sources of increase revenue than the imposition of VAT and Emission tax. Finance Ministry please don't be zombie and think.....
