  2. if somebody want to hire your land for farming , that is where there must be a leasing agreement.
  how do you confiscated somebody house office or schools in the name of elapsing lease of land ? this is total madness.
  those greedy people who sold plots of lands for building purposes must be prevented from having any leasing Rights on that piece of sold plot.
  selling and buying must remains so.
  Iyou cannot sold your car, and come back for 100years for the same car.
  I wonder why a lot of people are investing huge money in real estates but do not want to take the leasing Arts very seriously in this country.
  let them be reminded that if you build a house , as it stand today in our laws,
  in the next 100years that property could be confiscated and you could be thrown out from your own property if you can not afford their demand

  if we have a joint venture company- the profits must be shared monthly or yearly for each one to use his or her part for whatever private investment he or she want.
  how could you ask the man who has sweat to build his house, to give the house to the wife and sleep outside ? are you mad ?

  Let me tell you, there is no law to binds man to cater for children above 18years.
  children who are 18yrs and above has no Rights to their fathers property if the father don't want to give the property to them.
