Parliament doesn't have to wait till some legal action at the Supreme Court is acted on, for there is no injunction from the Supreme Court that enjoins the President from acting on the bill till the court makes a decision on the merits of the case. These NPP serial liars are just shamelessly using the Supreme Court as a way to keep their incompetent President from acting one way or the other.
