The constitutional provisions are quite clear for all of us, even non lawyers on the procedure the President ought to follow if he decides to take the advise of the AG. So why that threatening and disrespectful letter from the Exec Secretary? Power is transient Oo. God is watching

Nigeria, passed their Same Sex Act in 2014 without any of the nonsense that we are witnessing in Ghana. Their ancestors did the same bullshit during our independence struggle until the "Man with sense and Balls" called Kwame Nkrumah came along and showed them the way. And, guess what? They hated him for that. We will never, ever progress with these Colonialist bastards at the helm of our affairs.

  Naa reneged on his promise to uphold the AMAMERE, thus undermining the intelligence of members of the Council of State

Granted that the argument makes sense, is the A-G saying that the President disregarded rule of law when the president assented to the E-levy bill before the determination of the suit in respect of that bill by the same Supreme Court.?.
