  FOR ME,IT WOULD BE POLICE INVESTIGATION,ONCE THE FULL AUDIT IS COMPLETE AND HE (THE MOD). WOULD NEED TO COME UP WITH THE FUNDS MISSING.....NEARLY 2 BILLION!!!!!!...AS FOR HIS CRONIES,AT ECG ACCRA.
  I WOULD SNAP THE CUFFS ON THEM ,AND JAIL THEM, UNTIL THEY CAN PROVIDE PROOF WHERE THE MISSING FUNDS ARE......IN MY VIEW,ITS THEFT ON A GRAND SCALE,......TWENTY YEARS INSIDE SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT.????
