  What is marriage? Look he who marry as a poor guy is a foolishness. My research told me that marriage is meant for well making money guys to whom no lady can destroy the barriers of his money making.

But marrage is usually performed at home where the gazatted priest and bunch of of church members are also present , cant everything be done in that same home if customary marriage is recognized by the law of Ghana ?

  To verify weather you are married or not, the certificate is what is needed not the venue! I was expecting him to quote the law and analyze the context. The law profession is gradually becoming a cage for all sorts of people.

Even if they will marry in their living rooms or their backyard, they don't give a f**k about your foolish gazzetted venues. Idle brain lawyer, find something that will create impacts to talk about and stop playing tricks on married couples mind. At least the most important thing is they are married, happy and being fruitful

  What of customary marriages that are performed at a beach? The government doesn't bother to gazette customary marriages, so why be concerned about folks marrying at the beach if they can turn their license in after the wedding to be gazetted?

And if you can't find a hill top to get married, then look for a busy market as your marriage venue, for the law is silent on market places. Our highly educated law-makers spent time well in crafting these Anti-Beach laws, so respect them.
