The Minority Leader in Parliament, Hon. Alban Sumanu Kingsford Bagbin, has finally confessed to having had a sexual relationship with his wife?s 17 year old sister but added that it is an acceptable traditional practice. Also, having sex with a sister of your wife is not legally wrong, even if your allegations are true. It is a culturally and socially wrong but not legally.
Also, as the two supposed victims, the wife and the sister, have not taken any action, who are we to judge Bagbin, assuming your allegations are 100% true.
