  Just last week I had my package shipped from China through the world most corrupt courier service FedEx. After going through all the hell by FedEx representative “IAS Gh Ltd”.
  This IAS led us to a woman at the Customs office who then came up with duty tax of GHS600 on item I bought for $165 and shipped for $69. I then questioned them how they calculated this tax? And me not surprised the answer was “Oh just say how much you want to pay” which means a no receipt offer!
  I insisted that I would need a receipt and then the IAS man said ok then you need to pay GHS40 to have the duty tax generated. I did, and in the end they came out with GHS950 duty tax.
  I paid GHS950 tax duty instead of “ GHS600 say how much you want to pay without receipt”.
  
  I do have another receipt from this IAS, if you present this receipt to Customs office at KIA for record they’ll be scratching their head. This is because the agent who collected it did so outside the box.
  
  Customs Officials at KIA are full of arm robbers
  
  There’s total daylight corruption going on at this customs office and FedEx/IAS GH Ltd are professionally promoting this criminal behaviour.
  
  My advice to the government is they should order FedEx to pay duty tax to government directly.

  GHANAIANS, MOSTLY THE AKANS WHO FORM THE VAST MAJORITY OF STATUTORY FRAUDSTERS AND HEAD MANY PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, MUST BE FORCED TO COUGH UP OR FACE THE FIRING SQUAD.
