  So Bawumia is telling Ghanaians that it is not the government that gives the GRA revenue targets to collect. And he blames the GAR staff for the efforts they put in to reach the targets, describing them as harassment. It will be a disaster for Bawumia to be the president of Ghana. He is unfit to hold such a high office
