By that time, those who would smuggle the beans to the neighbouring countries for better prices had already done so.

You cocoa farmers, you had agrochemicals and other inputs for free under Mahama. Additionally, you received immediate payments for your produce. But you chose to reject him and poured out on the streets to celebrate his defeat, not knowing it was your own defeat you were celebrating. This applies to every other suffering Ghanaian who voted these naked criminals in power.
