BUT TEACHERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR LAPTOPS HAVE BEEN TRICKED BY NPP... YOU TEACH WITHOUT A LAPTOP BUT YOUR STUDENT HAS BEEN GIVEN LAPTOP BY GOVT.. WHAT IS THE SENSE IN THIS??

I WONDER WHO WON THE CONTRACT FOR THIS. MAYBE THEY SHOULD GIVE HIM A CONTRACT TO BUILD TOILETS FOR THE SCHOOLS THAT DON'T HAVE THEM TOO. HARD TO COMPUTE ON DYSENTERY.
