  Rubbish. What do you know about democracy aside of sitting in Parliament doing nothing and gone from the country without leave to the USA to become a Tik Tok clown? Democracy gets eroded when entitled politicians like you never raise a finger when you see the government doing wrong things or your fellow Members of Parliament engaging in unethical conduct. The Parliament that you sit in today has hardly functioned as a check on the Executive or Judiciary branches of government. Why should anyone believe a thing you say when you've been known to spread goodies on constituents during elections to buy votes? That surely is an act of preserving democracy.
