Vote buying strategy
There are no schools under trees in Kibi or Bosomtwe. This means there is no problem. The first tablets are ging to Kibi and Bosomtwe.
As misplaced a priority that it is, the tablets will not even be distributed to the students. It's the usual NPP scam to hoodwink unsuspecting Ghanaians for votes.
