If the IGP is aware that one of his officers under his command has sliced off the ear of a woman during interrogation and the IGP has not intervened in this case by now then the IGP is not human . He is fake and shouldn’t be trusted by Ghanaians . He shouldn’t have waited for any one to petition him on this wicked act before he takes action . The lady’s human rights has been violated by this police officer and he should have been terminated outright. Why should civilized society not make a big fuss over this case and have this police officer indicted, prosecuted and jailed.
