  Even though Dr Srebuor's views sound logical, not all facilities can accommodate such costs due to several factors. The IGF in some facilities that can be used to arrest these problems are almost nonexistent. It's up to the govt to start a serious retool of all our facilities. We must not shift the blame unnecessarily. Dr, it is interesting you are in the driving sit now. I knew your stance and advocacy on issues a few years ago. Really interesting indeed! Above all, the leadership of the country must put all their efforts together to nip this albatross of a power crisis in the bud ASAP.
