The IGF in some facilities that can be used to arrest these problems are almost nonexistent. It's up to the govt to start a serious retool of all our facilities. We must not shift the blame unnecessarily. Dr, it is interesting you are in the driving sit now. I knew your stance and advocacy on issues a few years ago. Really interesting indeed! Above all, the leadership of the country must put all their efforts together to nip this albatross of a power crisis in the bud ASAP.
