Heck no. That stinking con man Blay-Miezah learned his scamming craft from Nigeria's super con man Nzeribe. Before the arrival of Blay-Miezah, Nigeria's Nzeribe had found his way from the UK to Ghana where he quickly began duping wealthy business men and women in Ghana out of millions of dollars, before finally ensnaring Ghana's then Military Head of State, General Ankrah, causing Ankrah to fall in disgrace. Just like Nzeribe, Blay-Miezah came to Ghana with his scam act after defrauding people in the USA and Asia, and it's that scam money that he used to settle in Ghana and make himself out to be a wealthy person. And as is always the case, gullible Ghanaians bought into this con man's deception.

I did not set out to blame anyone or any country, I was merely trying to state events that occurred in the country and the players involved. I do not need to go back and reread my comment, for doing so will not enlighten you in any way since you are of the view that my intent was to blame a particular country, so why waste my energy. You unfortunately hold a wrong view of the Ghanaian mindset, and I have no desire whatsoever to interfere with your thinking. Think as you choose to, for it's your right do as you choose to.

One indisputable fact, was a letter from The Union Bank of Switzerland, in the mid seventies, stating that Oman Ghana Trust, Blay Miezah's Trust Fund, had in excess of 180 million dollars in its account. This letter was signed by two vice presidents of the bank. Where did that money go. After all that the colonials have done to Africa and continue to do, I amazed we are calling our own hero, a conman. Where is Mobutus's Billions, or Abacha's, or Haile Sellasi's, or Bokassa's, or several other African heads of state, who kept their monies in Swiss Bank's. What about what France is doing to whole African countries. Africans must wake up. Blay Miezah was our hero and we crucified him.
