  So with all the Ghana Card and the security we were made to believe it offers and all the trouble we went through to re-register our SIMs, fraudsters are still swapping SIMs and withdrawing money from people's accounts? Ghana card is useless and those behind the whole Card and the re-registration should be arrested. They have caused financial loss to the nation.
