Having said that, he still has to be held account by the law courts because he was treated at a psychiatric hospital and deemed fit and healthy to return to the general population. By the way there are many people who are on death row for murdering people, even though the crimes they committed were due to demonic and evil spirits disturbing and compelling them to commit those crimes.

No person who has been granted a license to operate a vehicle has a special exemption from responsibility if they happen to have some mental issues. What you need to do is join Afia Schwarzenegger so that you two can pray for Funny Face. If you care so mush about the guy, why didn't you step in to stop him from operating vehicles since you were aware of his mental issues?
