  he must have grandiose ambitions for bstar. go into every tournament with one goal. to win the trophy. and realise the type of elite players, the type of elite mentality you need to achieve that purpose and what you as coach, gfa are doing to put those players into elite clubs to achieve your goal as a coach. tahts my advice for him. travel to watch major teams play. go n watch the real madrid, the psg, the liverpool. have a chat with their coaches and pick their brains. if you allow those mediocre brains in gfa to cloud your goals. you are already dead on arrival. those gfa and sports ministry people dont have a goal. they dont even have an ambition to build a world class training facility for the national teams. they would rather steal the cash and watch the money sleeping in their foreign bank accounts. idiots
