It was not backdated, the date on the letter 26th March 2024: It is called retroactive, repeat after me, retroactive, again
THERE'S NOTHING WRONG IN ISSUING APPOINTMENT LETTERS WITH BACK DATES, SO LONG AS THERE'S NO FRAUD.
THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME IN THE PUBLIC AND CIVIL SERVICES.
