That is Ghana for you. You have to pay this to get your passport on good time of your choice
Go apply and see whether you will get it in 3 days or even 3 months.

I paid 2k each for my daughter and wife's passport. I got the passports within 3 weeks because their photos and other details was captured the same day we went to passport. Normal process takes 1 to 2 years.
that's the country we find ourselves. hopeless nation.
When the official fee was 50GHc, somebody I know paid 400GHc to an agent to get him a passport. There was still no passport after 4 months. I asked him if he wanted to travel and he said no. He just wanted a passport.

Exactly my guess.... she is complaining but she also benefits from goro boys.... they live lavish lives and needs ways to fund it
