Teshie, La and worst of all Nungua have a well organized underworld business among Tribal Leaders, Some Prominent Persons and the Chiefs who in turn have their agents within the Judicial Service, the Police and Officials at the Lands Department. They forcibly take over your land, issue threats and produce false documents of ownership backed by the courts. With an army of Land Giards yielding machetes and firearms, they’ll beat up your workers, wound them and quickly start to build on your property. This is easy because our corrupt officials get hefty payments from the Mafia. If you bought your land 10 years ago for $10,000 these Ga Crooks will sell it today for 100,000. With the money, they bribe Lands Commission Officials to issue new or backdated ownership papers. Every morning, the Land Guards will go to the Chiefs and Mafia Bosses to be sent out to various parts of Greater Accra Region. The ill gotten money is then shared among the prominent community leaders and Chiefs.

It's easier to buy a land in the USA THAN ACCRA. IF IT WASNT ASHANTIS AND KWAHU PEOPLE , THE WHOLE OF ACCRA WOULD'VE BEEN OWNED BY THE LEBANESE , SYRIANS , NIGERIANS AND LATELY THE CHINESE. There are 2 options that can help solve the problems with land acquisitions and associated disputes. It is the national government that can deliver basic infrastructure needs for land development and management. The government, through government agencies, has the power and wherewithal to provide roads, utilities such water, electricity, house address and others and has the database to house all land geospatial information. If all potential buyers of land in Ghana can access land information from a government listed land sites, it would cut down shady sales and fraud. The government should get the right of first refusal to the sale of all privately held virgin lands that are listed for sale, provide access roads, access to basic utilities and sell the land to Ghanaians with emphasis to Ghanaian born and bred. The government becomes liable for any land disputes that involve collusion and conspiracies to rig land sales with punitive damages to government pegged at not less than Ghc 1milliion.

Galamsey has destroyed all our waters, and killed all the fishes in our rivers. Where are our leaders in the country? The country has become like animal farm. Chines and Indians are all over our villages and doing galamsey. Police who are supposed to arrest these criminals have been bribed. I don't know how to describe Ghana. Not a single institution is working. Black Africans can not rule themselves because of corruptions, lawlessness situations found in the country. 90% of entire citizens are corrupted including the police, judges, chiefs, ministers, DCEs, politicians. Corruption is in the blood of the citizens. The country has no future. Ghana is a very rich country GOLD COAST but, citizens are begging for common water, and food. WATER IS LIFE STOP GALAMSEY, CORRUPTIONS, AND MISMANAGEMENTS. Africans can't rule themselves
