Monies already in circulation must be allowed to be in the system freely cos the new system is just a shift to digital currency. Africa we need money. These Europeans already have them through colonialism and professional corruption. So called trade barriers and modern slavery, confiscated drugmoney. They allowed it and later end up in the system.
