Lo and behold, the classroom educated but ignorant elite class in Ghana, not knowing the difference between qualifications and competence justified those appointments solely on classroom earned credentials/ qualifications. We know Ofori-Atta failed but here we go again with Osafo-Maafo making same qualification argument to justify appointments of his 2 sons. Who said anyone in the NPP is capable of learning new tricks; they’re old, dumb and never able to apply their classroom acquired knowledge.
