  ECG is not a serious company. There are so many ECG customers who need new prepaid meters or replacements of their faulty prepaid meters but ECG has not been able to replace the meters. All ECG does is to tell you to go and come back to its offices without any solutions in sight. ECG should be given to a private entity or company to manage.
