It got to sometime headmasters had to run away from schools because of debts they owe. Government couldn't provide feeding grants for the whole of 2016 and when Mahama came to navrongo to campaign chass secretary approached him and complained and he denied being aware of such matter and promised to provide that when he goes back to Accra. Guess what happened! A check was released 12 days to election but when they went to cash out the check bounced and that was the end so stop that crap!!
