I am afraid you cannot fight corruption ruthlessly. You will find out that most of your colleagues or right hand people are more corrupt than the word itself. That’s the problem. That was what Dr. Kwame Nkrumah found out leading to the formation of the Ghana Young Pioneers to inculcate into the youth or the future generations of Ghana the basic self discipline ,respect for law and order, patriotism ,hard work etc.. but the fore-fathers of the NPP were against the formation of the Ghana Young pioneers and had it dissolved after the overthrow of Nkrumah’s government. And now the society has become more corrupt ,useless , hopeless, lazy , evil , with just a quick buck mentality of bandits and rogues. Well, Alan I hope you have the magic wand. Declaring war on corruption is fine winning is another. Good luck ALAN.

Unfortunately for Alan, the path to the presidency is through the NPP or NDC, there is no other way. He should not be deluded or convinced by opportunists who are after money. I know he means well, wirh a burning desire to implement change. Perhaps a better way for him to effect that change would be to contest wirh his team, a few constituencies as independent candidates. If they are able to win say 20 seats, that will be a good foundation to begin the process of his revolutionary change.
