if the woman is mentally challenegd, then the law will protect her. The parents of the bay should thank God that the child is in good condition. If she had even harmed the child what will =the law do to her since she is not normal. The investigation should do more if indeed she's a mental person. A word to all mothers is that they must take good care of their babies. What kind of sleep was it that someone will come for your baby and you can't know. It is big lesson for many mothers.
