    Maintain the old ones so that only their children can get admission.



    It's only in Ghana that your relative must be a doctor before you can be admitted into a medical school even with excellent grades.

    Pure protectionism, we are short of over 20,000 doctors. Allow Ghanaians with foreign degrees to practice!!! Why let them sit the whole outdated Ghanaian exams before allowing them to work ???
