The $36 million spent on transporting the plant to kumasi, if true, confirms my belief that our leaders and their advisors lack vision for the country. The $36m could build a decent size solat plant and storage in kumasi, which would increase the supply of electricity. As it is now, transporting the plant to kumasi does not increase electricity supply.
