Did you ever hear of a Nigerian Governor who stole the a whole state’s budget to Nigeria? Nigeria hired some Western European Secret Agents to kidnap and smuggle him to Nigeria. The agents managed to kidnap him, injected him with something that could sedate him for many hours. There was a Nigerian Plane waiting at Heathrow Airport. British Security Officials found it out and their Government prevented him from being deported. He was put under House Arrest and made him spend the money in his accommodation and upkeep in Britain. He was never deported.

The response to her application from their government lawyers will be "there has been no political prisoners held in Ghanaian jail for the last 20-30yrs, and the Courts in Ghana are fairly independent with ongoing criminal cases involving politically exposed individuals meeting the standards of a fair and just court in line with international jurisprudence.

Her Lawyers may then be asked to produce evidence of political prisoners currently languishing in jail in Ghana or any trial where the defendant did not have representation.

The Court will refer to the UN Human Rights Report on Ghana and its Judiciary which has been giving it glowing reviews as meeting international standards. And that refusing the application and sending he back to Ghana to serve her jail sentence is in line with the Western government Policy to help developing countries crack down on corruption to save their own taxpayers Aid money from being stolen by corrupt officials leading poverty, illegal immigration with tremendous costs to the European taxpayer and a threat to the lives of those who make these journeys on the desert and Meditarranean. And that sending Sedinam back to Ghana to serve her jail term is in line with government policy.

Application dismissed. Please instruct the Homeland Security Agents to prepare for her deportation back to Ghana within 2 months of the Court decision!
