  The best approach for Ghana and African countries is to seize our natural resources and use that to pay our debts and development our economies. The mineral commission should stop issuing licenses to foreign companies. Only Ghana or African companies. No European, America or Chinese. Ig government cannot mine directly then it should back local companies to harvest these resources so the money is retained in the economy. Until we do this we will continue to struggle
