  This is the time for the useless social welfare department to intervene in this boy’s case to make life worth living for him and his mother . The boy can be classified as a person with a disability and this people are catered for in the advanced countries.
  This boy wants to gain education despite the treatment he gets from both the educators who should know better and the students and the ministries of social welfare and education should intervene and help this boy acquire his education without any prejudice.

  Ofui . What is disheartening about this story is the treatment being meted out to the boy by his schoolmates and teachers that is affecting his chances of getting education that he is desperate about achieving despite his handicap. Ofui I hope you can now understand the boy’s predicament. Ofui.

  The woman just doesn't want the child to go to school. She wants to exploit it to make money for herself. The son said the mother is looking for money before she sends him to school. If he didn't have the condition would she have waited to get money to send him to school? The woman is just finding excuses. Listen to her about being teased that the son's hand is like pencil. The son bears more pain and discrimination than what she is concerned about herself. Unfortunate for the boy.
