  What has VP Dr. Bawumia’s digitalization, digital addressing, drone deliveries and all the fake accomplishments yielded Ghana? If Ghana Postal service, the Ghana Police and utility companies cannot fuse, overlay or use all the so-called government databases to tie home addresses, home ownership, employment, wages and salaries and Ghana Card to help drive EC bill collection then what good is the Dr. Bawumia digitization wasted efforts?
