At the moment they are very comfortable and not in a hurry to oblige the consumers because all FINGERS are pointing to one or two people in government INSTEAD of the ELECTRICITY COMPANY, it's Directors, Engineers, down to the common labourers. To me, timely repair intervention is the key. If say a pole is down and the person supposed to fix it in hours delays the job for a week, then WHO gave you DUMSOR? Let's call them out!
