A full GALLON of petrol was 14 cedis back then, but now our Kyebi "nsuo ba" is selling it to us at 15 cedis just for a LITRE. Now, i want any SPECIAL FOOL from the NPP to tell me anything at all that our chimpanzee president has fulfilled (price-wise) when he was foolishly singing... from the first day of birth that baby, must be given a SSNIT contribution Number. this Number must be featured on his or her NIA card. SO THAT IF WE HAD TO GIVE HIM OR HER A SCHOLARSHIP , we know as a country how much we have spent on that person

1. in building a database we need to separate the citizens data from the foreigners data.

2. we need to build a data for all foreigners who's naturalised

3. you need to build a data for all Residents who are not Ghanaians.

4. even if a person is given a Visa to enter into the country we must build a data for Visa entries,.
these are among fews that help to identify every person and his or her origin for security purposes.$

in this modern world where Terrorist attacks are rampant movement of people ,and information to their origins are very key .

Is the material used to make the Ghana card more expensive in Ghana than in other countries even in dollar terms? Or does the card have other intrinsic value than we are told? Replacement card should not cost more than $20 even for Ghanaians that live in foreign countries. This is not a profit making enterprise.
