The truth is that JB Dankwa was murdered under the tenure of the NDC and John Mahama. The MP was killed on 9th February 2016. That was almost one whole year before John Mahama and the NDC handed power to the Akuffo-Addo administration.

The murder is one of the most violent crimes that has befallen a sitting MP. So what happened to the investigations into JB Dankwa Adu’s death? Who handled the most vital exhibits of the crime, what happened to the crime scene evidence? Which names were mentioned by the suspect or his clear motive? Who was the police investigator or the detective assigned initially to handle the investigations?

Ghanaians shouldn’t be oblivious that all these processes were handled by John Mahama’s appointed IGP in the person of John Kudolor. The truth of the matter is that he botched the investigations, especially his failure to ensure the applicable standards of handling the crime scene investigations. And why did Mahama sworn him as the IGP on February 2016 exactly ten days after the MP was murdered, meanwhile he was assigned as the acting IGP since 2015? Why the sudden promotion of Kudolor to full IGP as soon as JB Dankwa was murdered? Daniel Asiedu the main suspect being tried for committing the crime was apprehended shortly after the crime.

And it’s alleged that the suspect mentioned some big names as the people who hired his services to commit the crime. All these events took place before NPP came to power. So who are the people who hired Asiedu to kill the MP? It’s worth noting the fact that at the time of Asiedu’s arrest Akuffo-Addo was the opposition leader so why did Mahama let him go unscathed even to the extent of coming to unseat Mahama at the elections that was held that year, if indeed Akuffo-Addo or anyone in the opposition was fingered as having a hand in the MP’s death? I SHALL RETURN!
