If it less than five years the contract must go back immediately and fix it with he/her own money and need to be inspected very well before handing over (too much shoddy from the contractors) Road, Building, Elitical, Plombers, Mason contractors just to name a few) the day of accountability is near, please advice your men/women who are in that business and those government
  officials who are also under invoicing/above beware. Next time I will bring more starting from (IRS) and pinpoint the exit places where auditing must start thks
