The products he has referenced is imported and requires the dollar, the medium of international exchange to pay for it. So, when the value of the dollar goes up, imported goods and services become costly which should, all things being equal be a source of concern for, not just Accra dwellers but citizens accross the country, includling Bimbila and Jomoro. But idiots like this guy will have Ghanaians think differently. He's brain dead and thinks everyone else is as well.
