Seems there are technocrats in the energy sector who are political activists seriously involved in this kind of 'Dumsor'.
All the strategies the NPP used to oust the NDC in 2016 has been employed by the NDC since 2017 against the NPP and it has worked perfectly to date. Buabeng Asamoah failed miserably as Communication Director of the NPP and the party is still struggling to recover when it comes to effective disseminationn of information to Ghanaians.
Many Ghanaians still believe the NPP will always be a better alternative in terms of real growth and development than the Highly Corrupt and Incompetent NDC party.
