Common CHALK, this French language teacher could not provide for our little ones. She is now going to set up another MASLOC to create, loot and share our resources. This language teacher has nothing to offer, zilch.
Now under the NPP, not only chalk is lacking in our Basic schools, but, common registers, lesson note books, textbooks,etc. Capitation grants for schools are in areas for almost 2years.
Hahahaaa… sometimes NPP folks forget themselves. They forget current conditions are triple times worst than Mahama’s time.
