Yes, that is NDCs style. They borrowed $60m for just a Runway at Kumasi Airport. Used $4m to build the Runway, shared the meat from the $54m and told Ghanaians they bought the Kumasi Airport meat for $60m.

Another great work of the visionary John Mahama. Mahama and the NDC procured the funds for Phase 2 and this should have been completed around 2019, but the NPP dragged it on far too long after coming to power.
